Ordinary Membership (currently full)

• Applicants for Ordinary Membership must be over 21 years of age, and the membership is held in the name of the individual applicant.
• An Ordinary Membership is personal to the member and cannot be transferred.
• An Ordinary Membership includes the Principal Cardholder, his/her spouse, and their children (under 21 years of age), all of whom will be issued with a supplementary membership card.
• An Ordinary Member (and all supplementary cardholders) is entitled to full use of all Club facilities.
• An Ordinary Member will not be entitled to the refund of any part of their membership fee, with the exception of the security deposit

Corporate Membership (currently full)

• A Corporate entity can hold a Corporate Membership, and can nominate up to four senior members (Nominees) of its executive staff at a time (to be approved by the Club Manager) to use the facilities of the Club.
• A Corporate Member may change the authorized Nominees upon payment of a re-nomination fee.
• A Nominee's spouse and children (under 21 years of age) will be issued with supplementary membership cards.
• A Nominee (and all supplementary cardholders) is entitled to full use of all Club facilities.
• A Corporate Member will not be entitled to the refund of any part of their membership fee, with the exception of the security deposit.
• The Corporate Membership itself is non-transferable.

Annual Corporate Membership (available)

• Employees of a Corporate entity which has registered with the Club, can join as Annual Members at the Annual Corporate Membership rate, to use the facilities of the Club.
• An Annual Membership is personal to the member and cannot be transferred.
• An Annual Membership is only valid for one year. Members can renew the membership annually at the current tariff rate as published at the time of the renewal.
• An Annual Membership includes the Principal Cardholder, his/her spouse, and their children (under 21 years of age), all of whom will be issued with a supplementary membership card.
• An Annual Member (and all supplementary cardholders) is entitled to full use of all Club facilities.
• An Annual Member will not be entitled to the refund of any part of their membership fee, with the exception of the security deposit.

Current Annual Corporate Promotion

• 1st year Annual Fee: $5,000
• Initial Food and Beverage Credits: $1,000 upon joining
• Annual Renewal Fee: $3,000

Annual Personal Membership (available)

• Applicants for Annual Personal Membership must be over 21 years of age, and the membership is held in the name of the individual applicant.
• An Annual Personal Membership is personal to the member and cannot be transferred
• An Annual Personal Membership is only valid for one year. Members can renew the membership annually at the current tariff rate as published at the time of the renewal.
• An Annual Membership includes the Principal Cardholder, his/her spouse, and their children (under 21 years of age), all of whom will be issued with a supplementary membership card.
• An Annual Member (and all supplementary cardholders) is entitled to full use of all Club facilities.

Senior Membership (available)

• A person aged 60 or above can apply for a Senior Membership.
• A Senior Membership is personal to the member and cannot be transferred.
• A Senior Membership is only valid for one year. Members may renew the membership annually or upgrade as an Ordinary or Corporate Membership at the current tariff rate as published at the time of the upgrade.
• A Senior Member is entitled to full use of all Club facilities.
• A Senior Member will not be entitled to the refund of any part of their membership fee, with the exception of security deposit.

Adult Supplementary Membership (available)

• An Adult Supplementary membership can be applied for by immediate family members (with documentary proof of relationship) of the Principal Cardholder, such as the Principal Cardholder's children aged 21-24, parents or parents-in-laws.
• Adult Supplementary Members shall not be required to pay any entrance fee, as the membership must be attached to a CCHLY Full Member (Ordinary, Corporate or Annual).
• An Adult Supplementary Member is entitled to full use of all Club facilities.
• The Principal Cardholder is required to accept liability for all accounts incurred by the Adult Supplementary Member.
• An Adult Supplementary Membership is only valid for one year. Adult Supplementary Members may renew the membership annually or upgrade as an Ordinary or Corporate Membership at the current tariff rate as published at the time of the upgrade.

Dining Membership (by invitation only)

• A Dining Membership is available to companies and their executives by invitation only.
• A Dining Member may only use the Club's dining facilities. No use of any sports or recreation facilities is permitted.
• A Dining Membership is only valid for one year and it is non-transferrable. Dining Members may renew the membership annually or upgrade as an Ordinary or Corporate Membership at the current tariff rate as published at the time of the upgrade.
• Dining Members shall not be required to pay monthly subscription fees.

Member's Accounts

• All monthly accounts can be settled by cheque or Autopay.
• Any outstanding bills of the Corporate nominees will be borne by the company.
• Any charges incurred by supplementary cardholders will be the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder.
